The event starts promptly at 10 and vehicles & trailers must be clear. Vendors may not sell anything illegal. The CCA & Town of Cement is not responsible for accidents. Participate at your own risk. It is our goal to have a positive and fun atmosphere so we ask all vendor personnel to conduct themselves in a professional manner as a key ambassador for your business and our event.
